MANSIO as Startup of the Week in WirtschaftsWoche - Article with founder interview and evaluation by Nico Rosberg

MANSIO is WirtschaftsWoche's Startup of the Week

Great recognition for MANSIO: the logistics startup has been named “Startup of the Week” by the renowned business magazine WirtschaftsWoche. In the “Companies & Technology” section, the magazine regularly presents particularly innovative young companies – this time focusing on MANSIO’s digital transformation of transport logistics.

The article describes the MANSIO platform as a solution that helps haulage companies to better utilize truck capacity and significantly reduce fixed costs. A virtual network of transport partners enables trailer handovers to be organized and transports to be handled efficiently in a two-shift system. This allows downtimes to be reduced, capacities to be used optimally and more sustainable transport concepts – such as the more economical use of electric trucks in long-distance transport – to be implemented at the same time.

WirtschaftsWoche emphasizes in particular that many medium-sized haulage companies have so far had no way of efficiently coordinating cross-network transports. This is precisely where MANSIO comes in: With a digital platform that networks dispatchers and automates operational processes, a new, cooperative logistics model is being created. The aim is to significantly increase capacity utilization in road freight transport while reducing costs and emissions.

The award confirms the growth trajectory of the Aachen-based company, which was founded in 2022. With an increasing number of customers and a growing network, MANSIO is driving forward its vision of setting new standards for the efficient organization of transports throughout Europe.

For MANSIO, being named “Startup of the Week” is an important acknowledgement – and at the same time motivation to continue driving forward digitalization and cooperation in the logistics sector.
