Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) for customer service and advice
Full-time 40 hours, Aachen, daily home office possible, starting immediately
These are your tasks
- Onboarding and continuous support for our customers so that they can make optimum use of the MANSIO Relay Transport System
- Supporting customers in integrating the MANSIO solution into their existing processes and systems
- Training and instructing customers in the operation and use of our software system
- Analysis of customer data to optimize transport processes and increase efficiency
- Close cooperation with the sales team to identify upselling potential and long-term customer loyalty
- Conducting regular check-ins and webinars to ensure the long-term success of customers
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in logistics, freight forwarding, IT or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or consulting, ideally in the transportation industry
- Affinity for software solutions and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software systems
- Strong communication skills and enjoy training and advising customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for process optimization
- Very good written and spoken German and English

This reduces CO2 emissions by avoiding empty runs and simplifies the use of e-trucks. In addition, the fixed costs for trucks are halved as the trucks can work in two shifts.
